LIVING TV SERIES:
Mount Airy, NC —– In addition
to keeping up with their fruit, Frank Levering
and Wanda Urbanska have been busy for the
last several years working on a television
series for PBS, as well as a new book.
Both are coming to—well—fruition
this year. The new series, Simple Living
with Wanda Urbanska, will be appearing
on PBS stations nationally, starting in
July. For more information about carriage,

The series of eight 30-minute episodesis
definitely a family affair. Produced by
Frank and Wanda, young Henry Leveringmakes
frequent appearances in the programs, along
with Wanda’s mother Marie Whittaker,
and other friends and family. Several segments
were shot at the orchard.
This August, Wanda and Frank’s latest
book, Nothing’s Too Small to Make
a Difference, will be published by John
F. Blair, Publisher. The book follows up
on the themes of the couple’s earlier
books, Simple Living and Moving to a Small
Town and gives readers ideas large and
small about ways to make a difference in
their everyday lives. |
